Most disgusting is the fact that we are absolutely powerless, when we take the car, and provide information from our credit card as a deposit. Company Green Motion handles our security deposit, as it wants.
We rented a car in the Vilnius office of Green Motion in July 2014
We returned the car back at 22 hours as per the contract. No one of the employees was in the office, but we were told that they would phone us in the morning. No one has contacted us, and when we called them the next day in the evening, it turned out that the car is scratched, although we left it without any scratch. When we came to office, the car was not there. The staff transported the car from place to place, did with the car what they wanted, but held all the demands against us. When we requested for CCTV footage, we were told that it is only with the permission of the director, and the director is not available, and the technician is not there and so on within 3 days. In general, we haven’t received any proofs that it’s our fault.
Also we travelled on this car from Lithuania to Poland. We were told that it’s additional 15 Euros per day. But in the end they took from credit card 20 Euros per day without even notifying us. They simply cheated us. The Green Motion manager Tomas Šajevičius behaved rudely, didn’t not want to talk, throwing up the phone, and didn't bother to send us even one document, concerning this case.
I'll NEVER rent a car at Green Motion and tell everybody about dreadful service of this firm.
