I rent a car from otp Bucharest airport on June 27 . I had a little accident on June 28 at Brasov. While I was putting my luggage into the car in front of the hotel, a car on my right drove in rear position without looking to the mirror and hit my car. I immediately called the green motion contact number and talked to the guy on the phone and he also talked to the other driver
and said that no problem will happen. We filled a form and signed it and I also took a copy of the driver's insurance paper. The other driver said that he was sorry and he was totally responsible and nothing would happen and his insurance would pay all the cost. When I dropped the car, I told that I had a little accident and gave the filled forms to the representative. He said that he had to make a blockage of 1000 euros from my card and after the issue is solved, blockage would be open. I said ok and gave the card to him and after that I flyed to Turkey on June 30. When I got back I saw that I paid about 1000 euros to the company for nothing. I tried to reach the representative by WhatsApp but got no answer. They sent me emails and told me that the cost is 680 Euros with an administrative fee of about 100 euros. I told them everything but they said that they have nothing to do. By the way, I can make the whole car painted for that price 680 euros. Do you think this is fair? Accused and charged for an accident I didn't make? Please help me solve this problem. I want full refund of my money. I also attached the first page of my voucher and the picture of the car and accident.
This accident may cost a maximum of 50 Euros. If I didn't tell the representative when I returned the car he wouldn't even notice it.
This is a big robbery. This company stole my money. I want my money back.
