**** Beware Firstly, upon arrival they were understaffed and didn't even have hygiene facilities for there own employees who had to go to nearby hotel to use their amenities. Red flag here!!!!
Then the CSR was half asleep when he was doing the actual 'handover' meaning he was walking away as I pointed out visual damage of the vehicle to him.
Sadly this excelled when I returned the car the CSR was again very dismissive, rude, had the outward appearance of someone that didn't care at all to be there; he PROMISED me that he would be charging my card for damages that should have been made aware (company later stated 'onus is on renter') upon WALK THROUGH which DID NOT HAPPEN. Do yourself a favour and go ELSEWHERE!!!!!
