Lithuania- Vilnius- Green Motion. During car return inspection, chipped paint mark (possibly from stone) been found on a front car bumper.

We been charged €240 for its repair!!! Car's doors, doors edges, windows been inspected with the hand touch. I am so glad that we didn't listened member of staff by saying that he will inspect our car later on without us as other customers were waiting. God knows for what else we could be charged.

It was very unpleasant experience. We been charged for something what wasn't our fault. First we refused to pay, but then we been threatened with extra charges as money going to be taken from our account anyway and administration fees will apply (they freeze €800 on your car collection day). It wasn't so cheap car hire after all.

Don't want to believe that those kind of companies do not have full insurance policy. In my opinion they made a good profit out from us.
