I rented a Nissan Altima from their Orlando, Florida location. The rental was for four days.

In the evening of the 3rd day I realized that the trunk could be opened without on locking the car. At the same time we learned that the rear passenger seat did not latch, therefore, my grandson who was in a car seat, was not safe. When I called the office the manager, Frank, said this was not an issue since I waited until the next day, our finale day of our trip, to notify him. I was not aware of this issues until it was nearly midnight.

He accused me of only calling him so I could get a refund. The truth is I called because of the safety and security concerns.

But, after his belegerance, I did ask for a refund, but only because of his attitude. I would not rent from Green Motion in Orlando because of these maintenance issues and Frank's attitude.
