Greenmotion took me 5times to reach them by phone as they don't answer. Say they are allowed to charge whatever they want, it is our responsibility to read all of the fine print!!! FINE PRINT ON A CELL PHONE! . Turned in my car to find out they charge for mileage / over 50KILOMETERS which is 30 mi in the US.! Making their contract one of the most expensive ones not the cheapest one is shown on rentalcar.com. They also don't allow American Express which allows for greater protection as a renter. You must have proof of insurance full coverage or they charge you for insurance. Be very aware of renting with this company!!!!

It takes forever at the desk because people are not prepared because you have to show your insurance and prove that you have full coverage or they try and scam you to pick up their insurance.

Then the car they provided had over 60,000 miles on it some of the worst alignment and dash lights kept going on for service.

For someone who rents cars monthly this is the worst I've seen.
