Citreon car booked via broker.

On arrival, VW Transporter van offered. Staff openly argued that vehicle via broker (Citreon Nemo with definite windows) was a van not a car.

Refused to provide further info relating to their procedures when requested in front of other customers. No opportunity to inspect the vehicle before signatures offered.

Senior male member of staff then decided that the company was being "bad mouthed" by the queries, their words, and suddenly cancelled the whole booking leaving me stranded 60 miles away from my next destination. No apologies offered. No customer service or care.

Extortionate excesses with a procedure where they do not ear-mark deposits but take it straight away and make customers wait 8 to 10 working days for return of it. This provides the company with almost 2 working weeks of interest gathering in their bank account.

Avoid this company at all costs
