They'll rent you a car for cheap and than find an excuse to take your deposit. They used a 20MM scratch I didn't do and was so small I didn't see to take 388.00 from me for damages. Don't use them !!!

Green Motion, Chania Crete charged me for two cars without giving them to us when after being late from the airport. Beware of their interpretation of the No Showpolicy. 6/29/17. They were not at the airport. 10 min away! Surprise they didn't have our SUV. Tried to give us a compact car which my husband is too big for. Told us to go back to the airport for rental. We were not the only ones having issues. Don't rent from them!!!!

When I was returning the rental I was charged 36 for being a couple of minutes late. This costed me more than my daily rental cost which made me upset after initially thinking they were a good company. I tried to complain to the branch manager to have some sympathy towards me as I travelled 1.5hrs from Sheffield but nosympathy was shown and I had to pay for the 36 charge.
