Greenmotion scandal
I rented a car for 2 days from Greenmotion, izmir ,Turkey. I delivered the car on time.
The delivery report reported that the car was delivered completely and completely, and the interior and exterior were clean, and there were no other deficiencies or negative situations. Two days after the delivery date, I was called and informed that there was a bad smell inside the car and that I would be responsible for the process. As if it were not enough that I was called and disturbed for this situation that did not occur during the delivery, they also wanted to charge me the process fee.
Greenmotion is a company that rips off its customers, treats them disrespectfully, and disturbs their peace of mind. Definitely and definitely do not rent a car, stay away as far as you can, you will have a big headache later.

Bad experience with this rental
About the rental company please stay away, I booked SUV car and when I reach there I found a very long caravan car, He tries to convince me it is same type of cars??? There was no spare tire, and when I message him the answer was it not mandatory in Austria, what about if i need it ???
any way after holding a deposit of 1500 Euro for more than 42 days with no reply to my queries. It was a bad experience and please be careful.

Double paid for the full ensurence
Despite the fact that when ordering a car through Booking.com I paid full insurance, company Greenmotion forced me to pay again full insurance for the entire rent period in the amount of 1,200 euros.
The representative of the company in Vilnius preparing the documents for the car stated that full insurance previously paid through Booking.com is unacceptable for them. So I had to pay an additional 1.200 euros and I demand that this money be returned to me.

I have been trying to cancel a booking made through Carjet and it says you are the supplier. My booking number with them is CJT 6080****
For Rhodes airport on dates 2nd to 16th September. I have tried countless times but the link they send me to cancel goes to blank page!

Deposit i was charged after presenting insurance
I made my reservations with priceline 12/22/2022 when i arrived 4/27/2023 i was told i had to put down a $2,000.00 deposit even though i provided full coverage insurance information. This was no where in my itenary! Im very upset about this

Green Motion did finally follow up, but are unwilling to do anything. They insist that I am at fault, and since they already have my $4,500, there is nothing I can do.
I filed a complaint with the parent company, BVRLA, and since their interest is in Green Motion making money, they also refused to help. At this point my only option is to take legal action, which I am working on but it is difficult being that we are on different continents.
They trick customers into claiming responsibility for damage that they are not responsible for. My wife and I traveled to Scotland for our ten year wedding anniversary (her first time to travel internationally) and after long flights we arrived at Green Motion only to be welcomed by the worst scam that I have ever fallen for. As of now we are out nearly $5,000 because of mechanical damage that they tried to pin on us. The car broke down literally 5 minutes within leaving the facility.
We never received another car but were left without transportation in a foreign country and $5,000 out of our pocket. It is not worth it. Please spend the money to go with a reputable rental company, I wish I had. Additionally, they refuse to contact me.
It took 7 weeks for me to get any information from them, and they refused to give me an invoice or any proof that the driver was at fault.
It is without a doubt a scam. I am currently seeking legal advice on how to hold them accountable.

Scam Company
I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. I booked the rental on the website "American Forces Travel" which is for American military service members.
When I arrived in Edinburgh i took a taxi to their facility off airport property and waited probably 1/2 hour to get to the counter. When i arrived the lady was nice enough, but then she said..."just curious what do yhou do for a living?" I told her military...she said their terms and conditions forbade them renting to military because their insurance wouldn't cover them. They insured the individual and not the vehicle. I told her she had better hope my credit card would not pay it...she said it was prepaid.
Currently had CC company do a dispute. Seriously, do what I did NOT do and read the reviews...they really suck.

First of all this rental company is not on the airport property. They come and get you and shuttle you over to their office.
My husband set up our car rental ahead of our vacation. When we got there they offered us insurance on the car we were renting and we told them no, we have full coverage and it covers any car we drive. They showed us a list of insurance companies and if your company was on their very limited list you didnt have to purchase their insurance. There wasnt that many companies listed but we have an app on our phone showing we are covered.
That was not acceptable. We had to pay an extra 29.95 per day to rent the car. Then when they brought the car around to us they walked around and videoed the car. You would have thought they would have already done that prior to bringing it out to us.
They they put a hold on our credit card for a few days after we returned the car to make sure no tickets or toll charges were added. Nobody else has ever done these things when we rented from other companies. They also spoke very limited English. I would walk before I ever rented from these people again.
THEY SUCK! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Su negocio no es rentar carros, su negocio es sacarle dinero a la gente.

Still waiting on a refund as a order went thought twice with so far no luck or reponce from company.

because he used my time on purpose to get me late. today I cheked my account and realized i was a scamed .
I called him, he said the car was crashed and repaired.
If I have a crash, why do I have to fix it wih my own many without notice or police notice?
I have my own insurance for those risks and I need all the paperwork to be rfunded.
In addition, the car inspection was over see the attachement.
Attached is a preview of my insurance document and a photo and and a car inspection photo that ended on 05.01.2022.
Ive rented around the world cars, Ive never come across such a scam.

Nail in the tyre scam
Liverpool airport didn't get the car I paid for with an extra 40.00 on top to make sure I got said car. The guy showing me round the car started by showing me where the stuff to re inflate tyres was kept and explained how it works ,then tried windscreen wipers did not work so he says oh the bonnet is not shut properly (which i am guessing cancels all the warning lights on the dash) because I was on the motorway when the light came on saying tyre low pressure check all tyres.
I brought the car back 6 days early told the guy about warning light he goes straight to left rear then rolls car back a foot and guess what a nail. So then I went to see guy in office who was filling me out an invoice for 165.00 hang on I says that's a puncture or a tube no he says that's a tyre don't worry you get it back on insurance.

Bad Experience
I booked a car from Dalaman Airport, once I got there to pick it up, they said the car is too small!!!! Then they didn't have a replacement!!!
I asked for refund, and they said I will get my money back in 6 to 7 days.
I emailed costumer service after 7 days, and they responded saying they will follow up.
I contacted my bank and deputed the charge, but WTF? Nothing since then, I called and sent two other emails but no responses,
never try again and I recommend you don't either.Absolutly nota

I would want them to do the video in front of me. It keeps them honest. I donโt know where you rent cars from, but they always put a hold on your credit card.
