Green Motion charged me £655 for the damage as per the photos attached. On returning the vehicle I had no awareness of the scratches, that is, I had not knowingly brushed, bumped or otherwise caused the scratches. When I returned the car, it was extremely busy and I was informed to wait in the office-lo and behold they inspected my car in my absence, and called me over to inform me of the 'damage'. At first I had no reason to doubt that I may have caused them, and accepted that I may have to pay for repair....Until I found out that the charge was £655. While I was at the counter, having something of a 'heated debate' about the costs, the manage promised me that the work would be carried out, and I would be refunded my money minus costs incurred-I have since found out that they will not repair the car, and they will stand to make 100% profit out of this charge. Given the fact that I have proof that the manager lied to my face, I now suspect that the person checking my car while I was in the office may have caused the scratches so that they could issue this charge.

Green Motion - Basically a scam?
The company billed me twice for the same (!) damage to their car, and refuses to get back to me since. Checked online and I see hundreds of such complaints.
Green Motion - ? Fraudsters
Booked a car at Edinburgh airport and shocked to find they take £1205 damage fee from my credit card. This left my bank account instantly. Returned car with no damage. After 3 weeks still no sign of my money so I phoned. They said the money should have been returned automatically within 7-10 days and that there must have been a problem with their system. They said it would be with me within 3-5 days. Needless to say still waiting . Why should they have these sorts of sum sitting in their bank account for weeks earning interest for them? I suspect if I hadn’t called I would never have seen my money again ( and still might not). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Green Motion - No Customer Service
No customer service. We may have dodged a bullet now reading the previous reviews. Luckily we never got our hire car from this company. We arrived in Toronto airport and travelled to the destination to pick up our car and only had a telephone at the bottom of the escalators where they told us that someone had crashed our car and there was no more cars. Accidents happen but the customer service received was pitiful. We had no means of transport, and they suggested we get a hotel until the next day when they could have our car ready! Or get a cab! Great!! We managed to travel back to the airport and get another car in the end but no help from this company!!
