We were issued a ticket by the city for driving in a bus lane which was subsequently dismissed.However, Green Motion served us with a hefty 84 pound fine with no paperwork to back up these costs.

We are currently disputing this, but they put it in small print in the contract that they charge an "admin fee" (for what?) for any tickets issued even though they do not pay them themselves anyway. Apparently the "admin" fee is to cover costs because they do not actually own the vehicles and apparently the owners charge them some fee? So we have to pay because they do not own the vehicles?

This is not fair, especially since there is no proof of these charges.Why should we have to pay this when they did not even cover the ticket charge.

This person wrote the review because of pricing issue at Green Motion. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $160 and wants Green Motion to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was illegal charges, customer service, unprofessional staff and being conned. Author liked the most car ok and gps. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
