Green Motion - Hired for 50,00 GBP ended up paying 579,00 GBP

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED ! After traveling so far, we arrived at Green Motion on November 12th and our car wasn't there as previously booked. The company FAILED to deliver my car. They left us waiting almost 2 hours for the car to arrive, and nothing. The manager offered us a much more expensive one, which was the only one available. I had no choice, I was almost compelled to pick up that car once there was no other company near that desert, far from the airport, I was losing my trip time and all my plans could shatter. The new car provided was FULLY SCRATCHED on all sides as stated on the contract, due to the recklessness of the previous costumer. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to check all details on that conditions (dirty and darkness) at the pick-up. On drop-off procedures I was charged by £400,00 for a new damage (dent) that have supposedly appeared on the driver's side - magic? - which is an absurd. During the five days I took care of the car as if it was my son, and never experienced any abnormal event, otherwise I would contact you immediately. This charging was an absurd and once again I had no choice but to pay it, or I would lose my flight back to my country. ROBBERY!!! I tried to be correct with then, and they failed with me in several aspects. Do you consider it to be fair? It is surprising how harsh they have been and how tolerant I have acted through the poor services. How much does it cost to waste two hours of our dreaming trip? Who will refund us for THEIR mistake?
