...Unless you want to spend your vacation standing in line or waiting at the air port for the shuttle. I booked the car on line, then with voucher in hand, we had to wait in the heat for over 1/2 hour for them to pick us up at airport .

Called and of course no one answered the phone. Then at rental office only two agents were working at counter. After completing the paperwork (which was already completed on line), we had to wait another 30 minutes for the car....then was charge an extra day because the agent did not remove the incorrect date from the form and told me it would be ok and he could change it at departure. Guess what there is fine print on back of agreement that says once it is book that way - you pay - no matter when you turn it back in....Still have not resolved the problem it was either stand in another line after we dropped off the car to resolve or miss the flight .

Will never use or recommend this company.

Office was total chaos! Even the van driver and valet was complaining.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Original price as quoted.

I didn't like: Customer and being ripped off.
