I arrived at Edinburgh airport, got a shuttle bus to Green motion shed/office had to wait 2.5 hours in the pouring rain until I was seen at the front of desk. I called for the manager who told me it was my fault as I was late, I wasn't late.
This company treat customers like criminals and actually criminally try to sell you insurance that you have already paid for. THey are a disgrace and there is no customer service to speak to. I asked them to supply umbrellas for all customers waiting in th e rain, there was over 50 people waiting for cars.
On return of my vehicle the car was inspected in areas that were not inspected on collection and I was told I would need to go into the office again. I refused under principal.
