Alquilamos una furgoneta para siete personas en la oficina de Green Motion en Edimburgo. El vehí*** cumplió *** las expectativas, el problema vino cuando lo devolvimos...

Una mañana descubrimos un pequeño roce en el lateral izquierdo (imaginamos que lo hicimos sin darnos cuenta al aparcar). Como es lógico, dimos parte del mismo al devolver la furgoneta, y les solicitamos que nos enviasen la factura de la reparación, ya que habíamos contratado un seguro a todo riesgo *** otra compañía. Nos dijeron que sin problema, que nos enviarían la factura, y nos volvimos a España confiados...

Ahí empezó el suplicio: Decenas de mails solicitándoles que nos enviasen la factura para poder pasársela a nuestro seguro y que se hicieran cargo, *** resultado nulo. Eso sí, nos hacen un cargo de ¡¡1.995 libras esterlinas!! para poder afrontar los daños de reparación del vehí***. Huelga decir que arreglar ese pequeño arañazo no costaría ni 500 libras... Lo que está claro es que no han arreglado nada, simplemente buscan cualquier excusa para hacerte el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito, y sacarse un "sobresueldo". Obviamente, al no haber reparación, no hay factura, *** lo que pretenden justificar las 1.995 libras *** unas tablas que han elaborado ellos mismos. Para colmo, dicen que han tenido que arreglar dos paneles, cuando en la foto se puede observar perfectamente que solo se vio afectado uno.

Ya hemos denunciado a la policía, a una asociación de defensa del consumidor, a la compañía de seguros *** la que hicimos el seguro a todo riesgo y al banco emisor de la tarjeta de crédito.

Mi consejo: No se os ocurra alquilar *** esta compañía. Jamás en la vida he tenido estos problemas *** compañías como Hertz, Avis o Sixt, *** quienes he contratado en diferentes países en multitud de ocasiones. Está claro que Green Motion son unos auténticos estafadores.
