Another victim of green motion rip off
Booked a vw golf but got a honda jazz. Upon return they found a scuff on the right hand front mud cap which to me appeared old and in any case of no consequence. They now advise they will be charging me for this damage which I believe was pre existing but not noted as it was to small and only visible when in top of the wheel rotation. No amount of discussion with them made any difference. I note many others with similar experience with greenmotion. Suggest go elsewhere.

Green Motion - DON'T EVER USE THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Returned the car, had it checked over, the assistant found a very small chip in the windsreen under a dirt and road grime (like he knew what he was looking for) then got out a measuring card and told me it was above 5mm, so chargeable damage, it wasn't, he got a 2nd opinion from his manager (yes, his manager!) who agreed (obviously) then proceeded to get a quote for a new windscreen at a cost of £800. Absolute rip off merchants. I am heading back to make sure the windscreen has been changed and will also be complaining to trading standards as well as watchdog. These a*seholes need sorting out.
