Was charged £40 on arrival at birmingham airport,car pick uo time 10pm..calling them from 9.45pm from airport no reply. Finally got through at 10.04pm, qas(employee) said he was in toilet so couldnt answer phone, but charged £40 for late pickup 10mins late because of him!...then on return with car stated he was busy with other customer when i picked up car.blatant lie!!!...told my partner on phone he was in toilet.

Also charged £150 for so called scratch i did not cause, but had read reviews unfortunately after hiring car, and realised they would do same ti me that they ti so many others, also refused to give me car if didnt pay £40 for so called late arrival. Absolute disgusting service and should not be allowed to operate anywhere let alone in an airport!..reporting to trading standards, airport and police.
