I had to wait 1 hours 45 mins to get the car due to poor systems and inefficient check in. The manager said there were 4 people working and they were working as quickly as possible.
It took 45 mins for another customer to be checked in as the endless upselling options were explained. The Car I was given then arrived heavily damaged on the front offside. I ensured the Damage was note noted. I was then blamed for tiny scratches on the return of the car which were obviously not new and part of the existing damage.
Still in dispute over £400 they are holding.
Do not use this company. You will regret it.
