I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. I booked the rental on the website "American Forces Travel" which is for American military service members.

When I arrived in Edinburgh i took a taxi to their facility off airport property and waited probably 1/2 hour to get to the counter. When i arrived the lady was nice enough, but then she said..."just curious what do yhou do for a living?" I told her military...she said their terms and conditions forbade them renting to military because their insurance wouldn't cover them. They insured the individual and not the vehicle. I told her she had better hope my credit card would not pay it...she said it was prepaid.

Currently had CC company do a dispute. Seriously, do what I did NOT do and read the reviews...they really suck.

First of all this rental company is not on the airport property. They come and get you and shuttle you over to their office.

My husband set up our car rental ahead of our vacation. When we got there they offered us insurance on the car we were renting and we told them no, we have full coverage and it covers any car we drive. They showed us a list of insurance companies and if your company was on their very limited list you didnt have to purchase their insurance. There wasnt that many companies listed but we have an app on our phone showing we are covered.

That was not acceptable. We had to pay an extra 29.95 per day to rent the car. Then when they brought the car around to us they walked around and videoed the car. You would have thought they would have already done that prior to bringing it out to us.

They they put a hold on our credit card for a few days after we returned the car to make sure no tickets or toll charges were added. Nobody else has ever done these things when we rented from other companies. They also spoke very limited English. I would walk before I ever rented from these people again.

THEY SUCK! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

He told me to sign the credit cart for guarantee cancellation.

I was in a hurry to get to the airport.

because he used my time on purpose to get me late. today I cheked my account and realized i was a scamed .

I called him, he said the car was crashed and repaired.

If I have a crash, why do I have to fix it wih my own many without notice or police notice?

I have my own insurance for those risks and I need all the paperwork to be rfunded.

In addition, the car inspection was over see the attachement.

Ive rented around the world cars, Ive never come across such a scam.

Liverpool airport didn't get the car I paid for with an extra 40.00 on top to make sure I got said car. The guy showing me round the car started by showing me where the stuff to re inflate tyres was kept and explained how it works ,then tried windscreen wipers did not work so he says oh the bonnet is not shut properly (which i am guessing cancels all the warning lights on the dash) because I was on the motorway when the light came on saying tyre low pressure check all tyres.

I brought the car back 6 days early told the guy about warning light he goes straight to left rear then rolls car back a foot and guess what a nail. So then I went to see guy in office who was filling me out an invoice for 165.00 hang on I says that's a puncture or a tube no he says that's a tyre don't worry you get it back on insurance.
